Polyamory and Consensual Nonmonogamy are ways of approaching romantic and sexual relationships that emphasizes personal autonomy and secure attachment.
If you’ve been asking yourself questions like “What is polyamory?” or “What is nonmonogamy?” than this group might be the place for you to learn and explore.

Mason Lewerenz, AMFT runs this 10-week psychoeducational and process group and will explore a new concept related to polyamory (polyam/poly) and consensual nonmonogamy (CNM) each week. Participants will also get to process their feelings about what they learn each week, as well as share their experiences of CNM and polyamory.
